We are seeking a Director of Partner Operations to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our partner ecosystem by leveraging your expertise in operational strategy, analytics, and partner engagement. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize the value of our partnerships. Your role will include:

  • Leading our partner operations strategy, driving efficiencies, streamlining processes, and ensuring optimal partner performance.

 

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive operations strategy for Calabrio’s partner ecosystem to enhance efficiency and drive partner success.
  • Identify and implement improvements in partner onboarding, engagement, and support processes to maximize productivity and satisfaction.
  • Monitor partner performance, utilizing data to provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and align with business goals.
  • Create detailed reports on partner operations metrics and KPIs, offering insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Streamline processes for quoting, selling, closing, and driving partner-led opportunities to optimize the sales cycle workflow.
  • Optimize data workflows to support effective partner development and growth.

Success Criteria:

  • Successful implementation of optimized processes that enhance partner engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Achievement of partner performance targets and KPIs, resulting in increased partner satisfaction and retention
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and successful execution of partner strategies.
  • Consistent delivery of actionable insights and reports that drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in partner operations, channel management, sales operations or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and tracking strategic initiatives to successful completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive partner success.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and partner data to streamline operations and reporting.
  • Extensive experience in the implementation and utilization of PRM systems and tools.
