Job Overview

We are actively seeking a skilled Medical Financial Analyst to become a vital member of our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with robust project management capabilities and a strong background in financial reconciliation, particularly within the managed care domain. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing pricing structures, monitoring financial trends, and contributing to the development of Charge Master processes within the healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a variety of financial projects, collaborating closely with your manager to ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct financial reconciliation for both “Pre-Bundle” and “Post-Bundle” phases.
  • Develop and maintain precise pricing models, especially for service bundles.
  • Assist in the formulation and management of the Charge Description Master (CDM) and Charge Master.
  • Monitor monthly financial trends and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Analyze and interpret managed care contracts, paying particular attention to CPT codes and healthcare-related terminology.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project objectives and advance organizational initiatives.
  • Uphold compliance with internal policies and external regulations to ensure financial integrity.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of three years of experience with managed care contracts or a relevant field.
  • Strong familiarity with managed care contract terminology, including CPT codes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with EPIC and financial reconciliation processes is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • Project management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
