Job description

Our client is seeking a dedicated and creative Writer/Communications Marketing Specialist to join their remote team. This role is ideal for a corporate communications professional with hands-on experience in creating engaging print, email, and digital content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute communication strategies to fulfill major company goals, incorporating key marketing messages and brand positioning into creative storytelling.
  • Translate complex ideas and concepts into customer-friendly calls to action using strong interviewing skills.
  • Write for multiple external audiences and mediums, including digital, social, and print communications.
  • Independently handle multiple projects, tracking and prioritizing tactics and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Maintain communication performance metrics and present results to internal stakeholders.
  • Create systems for ensuring accountability to all internal stakeholders, including goal setting, feedback, and timely notification of project execution.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Communications or Journalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong interviewing skills and a passion for writing.
  • Knowledge of AP writing style and excellent editing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player mentality, with a focus on continuous improvement and a passion for creativity and innovation.
