Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and driven Commercial Property Manager to join our innovative team in Fairless Hills, PA. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for commercial real estate and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with promptness.
  • Manage property operations, ensuring continuous emergency coverage and conducting routine inspections.
  • Maintain meticulous tenant lease documentation and guarantee compliance with lease stipulations.
  • Leverage Yardi software for developing operating budgets and performing tenant CAM reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with various teams including Asset Management and Lease Concierge to facilitate seamless operations and tenant onboarding.
  • Assist in generating monthly and annual reports while ensuring accurate record-keeping within our systems.
  • Oversee contractor relations, tenant transitions, and adherence to service contract agreements.
  • This position requires approximately 50% travel.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in commercial and industrial property management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Proficient in maintenance and accounting software (Yardi, Salesforce, Monday.com is advantageous).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to cultivate positive relationships with tenants and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, enabling effective task prioritization and independent work while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial property management is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, and relevant certifications in property management are advantageous but not mandatory.
