Job Overview

In this vital position, you will be responsible for managing incoming requests from healthcare providers and pharmacies. Your role will require you to evaluate each request, perform necessary research—such as confirming patient benefit coverage—and meticulously create cases through data entry. A keen attention to detail is paramount as you ensure adherence to regulatory standards and service level agreements from the outset of each process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound inquiries from healthcare providers and pharmacies.
  • Assess each request and conduct required research to confirm patient benefit coverage.
  • Accurately generate cases through data entry.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and service level agreements.
  • Address calls from providers concerning transplant benefits, providing necessary support and information.
