Overview

We're looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our clients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our team with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence with great phone etiquette.
  • Keep our filing system—both physical and digital—neat and easily accessible.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members effectively.
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and preparing documents.
  • Use Google Suite to create, share, and collaborate on documents.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong typing skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
