Job description

Job title: Director of Business Development

Job Location: Remote – UK & Ireland

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- A member of the ERIKS Leadership Team

- Lead and develop a UK & Ireland business development team focused upon growing our OnSite business.

- Develop and deliver credible sales budgets, through the management and progression of a robust sales pipeline.

- Work closely with the UK&I Director of Operations to ensure the evolution of the sales offer in alignment with market needs and developing practices.

- Drive the development of the value proposition and supportive sales tools to maintain a market leadership position.

- Identify untapped growth opportunities and competitive targets. Document and secure as new business opportunities.

- Provide strong leadership and purpose to the team, ensuring high levels of employee engagement.

- Provide strong sales management ensuring the team performs to a high standard

Working Hours:

Mon- Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

- Can demonstrate a history of strong sales leadership and the development of new business
