Your Role & Responsibility
- Operation of sophisticated security infrastructures of our customers.
- Coordinating, planning, and implementing changes.
- Processing technical requests and faults.
- Quarterly assignment in our on-call team.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related courses.
- You have a technical education and experience with security solutions, preferably from Cisco/Palo Alto/F5.
- You have a valid Cisco CCNP or Palo Alto PCNSE certification and ITIL process knowledge.
- You have a strong service orientation, high independence, and personal responsibility.
- Good communication skills in an international environment.
- Flexible, solution-oriented, self-driven, and can work with limited supervision.
