S10Home is a London-based fast-growing company specialising in the sale of high-quality wood and marble furniture. We take pride in our custom and signature furniture collections, offering designers unique and sustainable options. We are seeking a skilled B2B Sales Manager to spearhead our outreach efforts and drive growth in our furniture business.

Position Overview

As a B2B Sales Manager at S10Home, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to engage with designers. Your primary objective will be to promote our custom and signature furniture to designers. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires exceptional communication, networking, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target interior designers, architects, and other industry professionals in the UK and German-speaking countries to build relationships and promote our custom and signature wood furniture.
  • Conduct personalised outreach through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to present our furniture offerings and negotiate deals.
  • Collaborate with the design team to understand and highlight the unique features and benefits of our furniture.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to target and engage with designers and architects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to designers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent (upper-intermediate - advanced) writing and speaking English
  • Able to search and work with databases of potential customers
  • Can work with both cold and hot bases
  • Has successful experience in B2B sales for more than 2 years in the UK and European markets
  • Preferably sales experience in the furniture industry
  • Understands email/social media sales, in particular in the B2B segment
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for sales
  • Knowledge of the design industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools and Microsoft Office
