Our Digital Product Line Management team is looking for Digital Project Manager to run the projects in the Supply Chain and Logistics area.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, streamline processes, and elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Front and lead the Digitals projects in close collaboration with Operation and Logistics team members, Business Analysts, Solution Architect and external consulting agencies; lead the implementation and rollout of the new solutions
  • Ensure integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners to understand business needs and ensure cost-effective deliveries in line with overall Digital strategy as well as Enterprise Architecture guidelines meeting those needs
  • Arbitrate the project priorities and settle resources to assign to the different tasks as the project progresses
  • Be focal point of a horizontal organisation that includes development, marketing or operating teams; coordinate all actions to be implemented during the project and ensure good communication between participants
  • Management reporting on project statuses (incl. participation in SteerCo); handle partners globally across business unit, functions and segments

Qualifications

  • Master/Bachelor degree in IT or Digital Business or relevant
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in the similar role
  • Shown experience in the IT or Digital business
  • Good understanding of IT architecture and integration patterns
  • Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and process excellence
  • Skilled in Prince 2, Project Management methodology (relevant certification is required)
  • Experience working in an international environment with teams and collaborators in multiple locations and time zones
  • Experience in Supply Chain Logistics and Procurement projects
  • Fluent in English – oral and written
