Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As the Digital Marketing Executive, The Creativity is essential for producing fresh and engaging content that resonates with the target audience. This includes writing compelling blog posts, crafting catchy social media updates, and designing visually appealing graphics or videos. The interplay of creativity, analytical skills, and trend understanding empowers the Digital Marketing Content Executive to craft compelling narratives and data-driven strategies that effectively engage audiences and promote brand growth.



Duties and Responsibilities:

What you'll be doing: You'll be working across a range of channels to help build our brand and support our marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with our Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies that deliver our objectives.
  • Writing and proofreading copy for websites, blogs, social media, email, ads, sales collateral, and more.
  • Supporting content calendar creation for our channels.
  • Conducting research into industry trends, potential partners, and competitors.
  • Delivering cross-department marketing support, including sales, product, and customer success.
  • Supporting with online and offline event planning.
  • Maintaining brand consistency throughout all messaging and visual media.
  • Reporting on campaign performance to our Marketing Manager. As a growing business, you'll work on varied tasks, but we’re keen to hear more about your future ambitions to grow within the company and any specialisms you'd like to develop.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Essential skills and experience:

You have a strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.

  • You can create optimised copy for a range of channels.
  • You have a passion for social media marketing and understand how to get the best from each channel.
  • You take an active interest in the latest marketing trends and campaigns.
  • You hold yourself to a high standard and take pride in producing quality work.
  • Google Search Consoles / Google Analytics

While not essential, we’d love to hear about any experience you have in:

  • The recruitment, finance, or tech industry.
  • Building and maintaining industry partnerships.
  • Video editing and videography (e.g. TikTok, Reels, YouTube, etc.). - Design (we have in-house designers to create any visual output).
  • We’re a software company on a mission to deliver powerful financial products to businesses and consumers. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 3PM to 12AM Manila time (With 8 core working hours inclusive of 1- hour break)
