We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company aspires to be the premier marketing agency in web3. They work with top companies & protocols to capture the attention and mindshare that they deserve. They have extensive experience in DeFi and leverage their network, creative, and scientific backgrounds to develop innovative marketing strategies to build attention funnels, capture mindshare, and monetise it efficiently.

As the TikTok Growth Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our brand presence on TikTok. You’ll work closely with marketing, community, and creative teams to generate engaging content that educates, entertains, and converts a Web3-curious audience into brand advocates.

Responsibilities

TikTok Strategy Development: Create and implement a growth strategy to increase followers, engagement, and conversions on TikTok in alignment with broader marketing goals.
Content Creation: Develop creative, engaging, and viral video content that resonates with the Web3 community. Work with in-house creators or influencers to produce content that promotes Web3 projects, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and decentralized platforms.
Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and community behaviors to ensure the content strategy is always fresh and relevant.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, questions, and feedback from TikTok followers to build and nurture a strong community of Web3 enthusiasts.
Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on TikTok growth metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance (follower count, engagement rates, video views, etc.).

Requirements

3-5 years or above experience managing and growing a TikTok account
Experience working in the fintech industry, Web3 experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, content strategies, and viral trends.
Passion for Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs and Defi etc.
Creative thinker with the ability to craft content that is engaging, informative, and fun.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Video production and editing skills are a plus.
