Job Description

Embark on an exciting opportunity as a part-time Bookkeeper with a growing CPA firm. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing financial transactions for multiple clients, utilizing your expertise in QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping. This position offers the perfect blend of autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to showcase your skills while contributing to the financial health of various businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Master transaction categorization in QuickBooks Online, ensuring precise financial records
  • Perform account reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently
  • Assist in streamlining invoicing procedures for multiple clients
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records
  • Adapt to diverse client needs and industry-specific bookkeeping requirements
Requirements
  • Proven proficiency in QuickBooks Online and general bookkeeping practices
  • Experience working with multiple clients, preferably in a CPA firm environment
  • Sharp eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high accuracy in financial data
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple client accounts effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for seamless interaction with team members and understanding client needs
  • Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week, tentatively scheduled from 9 AM to 1 PM Pacific Time
  • Flexibility to potentially increase hours based on performance and business growth
