Job description

This is a remote position.

Role : Senior Business Analyst
should have 10+ years of experience with at least 7 years as a Business Analyst.

Must have experience:

  • At least 4 years in system development and solution design using dotnet/SharePoint or COTS products like Oracle/IBM/SAP
  • Demonstrated expertise as a business analyst in complex environments
  • Experience in requirement gathering, developing business process models for future states that align with business objectives
  • Proficiency in business process unification and application consolidation
  • Experience in preparing business requirement documents, process documents, and coordinating with functional/technical teams for drafting/reviewing solutions
  • Customer-facing experience and dealing with Executive level stakeholders is mandatory
  • Working with multiple project teams including third-party vendors
  • Certification in Business Analysis
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements, analyze systems for changes, document, and finalize
  • Work closely with SMEs and team members to design solutions and ensure successful delivery according to requirements
  • Identify areas for process improvement and business process reengineering
  • Implement best practices and ensure the quality of deliverables

Nice to have skills:

  • Knowledge of the utility domain
  • Experience with Oracle CCB, IBM Maximo, Sharepoint/Dotnet technology
