Key responsabilities:
- Analyze and report on customer satisfaction survey results
- Maintain analytics and survey tools including SQL and Qualtrics
- Develop presentations and reports for internal and external customers
- Collaborate with customers to identify improvement initiatives
- Respond to inquiries from survey participants
