Junior Technical Analyst (BOM)

ALTEN Delivery Center Eastern Europe (ADC Eastern Europe) is part of ALTEN Group’s offshore delivery centers network, together with centers from other regions such as Morocco, India, Mexico, and Spain.

At the moment, ADC Eastern Europe has 500 employees, three sites (Iasi, Bucharest and Gliwice) and offers engineering and IT consulting services for international clients from the automotive, aero, energetic, finance or life sciences sectors. Our team focuses on cultivating a feeling of belonging to a technical environment based on creativity and constant innovation.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Technical Analyst (BOM) to join our Industry Services Team. If you have good prioritization and time management skills, a proactive attitude and a “can-do” mindset then don’t miss out on this career opportunity to work in the automotive field!

Responsibilities:

• Learn more about the dynamic automotive industry
• To handle the Manufacturing BOM updation to meet the client requirement
• Initiate and coordinate the update of the MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials) used for the production of the complete vehicle
• Analyze and manage the anomalies in the client’s systems in a timely manner, to ensure the resolution of all issues that may affect the production of the vehicle
• Ensure compliance between the MBOM and the EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials) by performing in-depth analyses, using client-specific tools and files

Required skills:

• University degree (preferably but not mandatory)
• Good level of English (Minimum B1)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize activities, while handling tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills
• A great team player who values collaboration and teamwork
• Passion for the automotive industry
