The Team and Role:

As a rapidly expanding global company, we are in search of a Commercial Business Operations Specialist to lead the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Strategy, transformation driving efficiency and improved productivity in the B2B Commercial Organization globally and  to transform the sales experience for sellers and partners.  You will have the opportunity to improve  Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes that include lead management, prospecting, sales enablement, quoting, contracts, pricing, deal desk, incentive programs, and credit & collections, as well as work closely with Finance to ensure connection to revenue recognition, SOX compliance and revenue reporting. The mission is to drive best-in-class end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) performance and improve the experience of our sellers, operators, partners and by reducing friction in the process and systems.

The Commercial Business Operations Specialist plays a critical role in the mission, by identifying the drivers of performance and under-performance and recommending strategies to address them. Collaborating with key cross functional partners throughout the company, including finance, regional business units, IT, this role will uncover key insights to drive crucial business process decisions and influence scalability.

Location:

  • We are proud to support remote/hybrid work culture. This is a full-time remote global role, based in the United States, that will require working across global time zones.

  • As subject matter expert on End to End sales processes that support internal sellers, customers and external partners, establish and manage the blueprint of process workflows that make up B2B Lead-to-Cash (L2C) framework

  • Primary business representative and leader in the ongoing B2B sales experience

  • Drive business transformation projects that revolve around Lead-to-Cash including enhancements to Salesforce CRM, implementation of salesforce.com CPQ and upgrades to the sales enablement and partner portal capabilities.

  • Partner with B2C Business Operations to ensure optimization of resource and tools across the sales business

  • Work closely with the IT and Digital transformation team to provide technology requirements to meet transformation goals

  • Be the source of truth for end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) metrics & measure the effectiveness of Lead-to-Cash (L2C) improvements delivered

  • Analyze and present Lead-to-Cash (L2C) metrics to key collaborators across the company

  • Identify positive and negative drivers of performance and recommend performance improvement strategies

  • Develop roadmap for process streamlining strategy for Lead-to-Cash (L2C) leveraging data and key tools

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to help influence roadmaps and strategies related to key pillars of data processes

  • Promote data literacy across the end-to-end process to ensure business partners leverage data for key decisions


Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B Business Operations,  Strategy and Data Insights

  • Understanding of the End-to-End consumer business, enterprise business, commercial models especially with multichannel and multi-tier models and associated best practice business processes

  • Lead-to-Cash (L2C) domain expertise with a deep knowledge of quoting processes

  • Analytical and strategic leadership skills with the strong ability to lead by influence to drive the team to get to the root cause of key process gaps and articulate possible strategies of improvements

  • Committed to giving to continuous improvement with a passion for building processes supported by best in calls tool capabilities to make everyone more efficient and effective

  • Experience in end-to-end data lifecycle management including data visualization, literacy, governance and building a proper strategy aligned to an enterprise

  • Strong acumen in project management and deployment, as well as transformational change management leadership

  • Consistent record of building unquestioning partner relationships across enterprises with varying backgrounds

  • Self-starter with a high-degree of self-motivation

  • Strong strategic thinking

  • Strong business acumen and capable of big picture thinking

  • Decisive and able to deal with ambiguity, and can adapt and embrace our fast paced, fluid environment guiding other team members through it

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of adapting style to audience

  • Working knowledge of process mapping techniques and use of process mapping platforms as well as project management tools

  • Fluency in English required

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 91K and $ 199K depending on location and experience.  In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
