What you will do
We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist, responsible for efficiently managing customer accounts, subscriptions, and invoicing processes. This role is centered around optimizing the billing process through automation and collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction in financial operations.

Where you will have an impact

  • Customer Account Management:
    Overseeing and maintaining more advanced customer accounts and subscriptions, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Sales Contract Processing:
    Processing more advanced sales contracts and deals, adhering to established guidelines and policies.
  • Invoice Customization:
    Modification of invoices to align with customer preferences and needs, providing tailored solutions.
  • Process Improvement:
    Collaborate proactively with other teams to identify areas for operational enhancement and automation.
  • Efficient Billing:
    Focus on streamlining billing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  • Training:
    Be the go to person for new team members and provide training.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor or master degree is a plus (irrelevant of field)
  • Proven experience with Excel.
  • Actively participating in the team.
  • Ability to work in an autonomous and responsible way.
  • Work according to precise rules and complete tasks within the set time limit.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Fluent in English and  preferably Dutch, written and spoken, any other language used within our company network is a plus.
