Job Description:

• Leads teams in IT systems modernization and moving workloads
• Lead teams in provide Operational support expertise.
• Lead teams to prepare mock-ups, flow diagrams, or models, and procedures along with conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
• Lead by example a proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks along with an ability to offer and implement solutions to address these.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and a head for problem solving.
• Strong leadership, Business acumen and proactive Customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certification (PMP)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• SAFe certification such as SAFe Agilist

Education:

• Bachelor’s and Masters Degree (MBA Preferred)

Experience:

• 5+ years experience with EM spectrum frequencies
• 5+ years experience with DoD spectrum

The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
