Job description

Are you an Infrastructure Project Manager experienced in coordinating multisite international site upgrades?

emagine are looking for your skills to manage network refresh and modernization in a key industrial site and support the program manager in coordination and control of a European multisite program.

Key Skills:

  • Over 5 years of experience in network infrastructure Project/Program management
  • Experience working with global remote teams
  • Skilled in definition of business needs
  • Experience in setting and managing resource and budget requirements
  • Organization skills
  • Communication skills – able engage all levels of stakeholder
  • Strong leadership skills with a bias towards action
  • A track record of driving results.
  • Quick learner with a fervent passion for technology and innovation.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English is essential, with Italian preferred
  • Experience with Jira, Monday.com and Google workspace PMP, Prince, Scrum certification

Key Tasks:

  • Develop & Maintain Project Plan (Scope, Schedule, Finance, Resources, Communication)
  • Manage/Coordinate project activities, tasks and dependencies
  • Facilitate and drive issues resolution
  • Manage and lead the project team
  • Manage project scope and risks
  • Resource Management
  • Status reporting
  • Work with the Technical Lead to design a Solution Proposal
  • Work with procurement - Get quotes, participate in RFQ, manage PO and delivery
  • Initial Budget definition and ongoing tracking
  • Manage stakeholders’ requests/queries
  • Schedule and lead periodical SteerCo meetings
  • Coordinate all technical activities with local/global teams and 3rd parties
  • Vendor management
