Customer Operations Manager

We are a cutting-edge SaaS company specializing in advertising solutions for high-risk businesses (Crypto, iGaming, Nutra, etc.). We are seeking a passionate, people-focused Customer Operations Manager to build and lead a high-performing team from the ground up. What You'll Do:


-Team Leadership: Build, manage, and develop a team of customer operations specialists, setting clear goals, expectations, and KPIs.
-Process Development: Create and implement scalable processes, procedures (SOP), and policies to ensure operational excellence with minimal guidance.

-Objective Setting: Establish and communicate clear operational goals, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and customer success.
-Culture Creation: Foster a people-first, positive working environment, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

-Operational Efficiency: Drive efficiency through process automation and optimization, ensuring the team operates at the highest level of productivity.

-Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with C-level management, product/technology, HR, and sales & marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experience.

-Proven Leadership: 7+ years of experience in customer operations or similar roles, with a strong track record of team building and leadership.
-Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work autonomously, building processes and systems from scratch with little to no supervision.
-Operational Expertise: Extensive experience in designing and scaling processes, implementing operational tools, and driving efficiencies.

Offer:
This is a new role so you can apply your personal touch to the position. It is greenfields, starting from scratch so there is plenty of room for innovation.
