Job Description:

Provides operational business support for business partners to include project managing partner onboarding, training partners on our tools and systems, leading operational project to implement new products, releases, and solutions, along with resolving escalated customer issues. Responsible for managing operational relationships with complex and large partners while coaching and training junior team members. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage high-profile client accounts with exceptional customer service.

  • Leads strategic department projects, supporting other company projects and initiatives.

  • Manages unique and complex partners that have strategic importance to the network.

  • Acts as a coach to peers and mentor to Account Executives (AEs). Coordinates and facilitates AE training for new and existing AEs.

  • Seeks opportunities for improvement within the department, including providing guidance and support on client-impacting issues, looking for holistic approaches to solve across multiple clients.

  • Subject Matter Expert on Authorization and Settlement applications and other internal systems, tools, and products.

  • Subject Matter Expert on PULSE Operating Rules and ISO Specifications.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology

  • 6+ years experience with Payments, financial services, or related field

  • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Payments, financial services or related field

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
