The right person will serve as a member of the Team, including attending monthly calls and meetings (all virtual), and will serve as an example of the company's mission.

We are currently seeking full-time, passionate people to help guide our customers to achieve their travel goals. A successful candidate will understand the needs of our customers and work closely with them to create personalized itineraries. Rational, humble, and intuitive people with virtual experience and client communication skills will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:

*Responding to Client Requests and questions in a timely manner.

*Applying payments

*Managing travel changes and arrangements when necessary.

*Coordinating concierge-related details for clients such as dinner, spa, and touring reservations.

*Corresponding with clients on preferences, and relaying information to hotels/resorts.

*Preparing clients travel documents via electronic or hard copies.

*Managing client profile and bookings

*Serving as travel support/contact in case of emergency (may occur outside normal office hours)

Criteria Required:

*Must be a driven self-starter, positive thinker, proactive, and trustworthy.

*Flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and being action-oriented are essential for this role.

*Strong verbal and written communication skills

*High degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely and without supervision.
