The Opportunity

Head of Social Media will be responsible for leading CoinPoker’s social media strategy and execution, driving content that resonates with poker players, crypto enthusiasts, and the broader blockchain community. This role requires an individual who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of creating innovative campaigns, managing day-to-day social media activities, and analysing performance to continually refine our approach


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with CoinPoker’s brand, goals, and values across platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, etc.).
  • Lead the development of creative, engaging, and relevant content including posts, videos, graphics, and more to drive community engagement and brand visibility.
  • Oversee and engage with the CoinPoker community, responding to queries, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and active environment.
  • Launch and manage social media campaigns around product updates, tournaments, promotions, and partnerships to boost awareness and user acquisition.
  • Track key social metrics, deliver insights on campaign performance, and provide regular reports on growth, engagement to senior leadership.
  • Identify and work with influencers, partners, and affiliates in the poker and crypto spaces to amplify content and expand our reach.
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in the crypto and gaming industries to ensure CoinPoker remains ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, customer service, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and support for broader initiatives.


Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

  • 5+ years in social media management, with at least 2 years leading strategy and teams, ideally in the iGaming, poker, or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency trends, and online poker ecosystems is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging social media content (text, video, graphics) that resonates with a global audience.
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) to measure social performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and new challenges.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage relationships with external partners and influencers.
