The Role
As the Software Architect - Frontend, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the overall frontend architecture for our client's innovative platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and maintain the overall frontend architecture
Develop a long-term vision for the frontend system, focusing on scalability, performance, accessibility, and security
Lead the adoption of Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Single Responsibility Principle (SRP) principles
Identify and evaluate emerging frontend technologies and frameworks
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the frontend team
Implement accessibility features and ensure security measures are in place
Contribute to building a highly reliable and performant product UI
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, React, VueJS) and related technologies (HTML/CSS)
Strong computer science fundamentals
Exceptional communication skills, open to giving and receiving honest feedback
Passion for building and maintaining robust, scalable software
Experience in enterprise software development
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and take ownership of product quality
Bonus Skills:
Experience with RxJS, Node.js, Redux, React Native, and other UI libraries (e.g., Svelte, Solid)
Passion for learning new technologies, with a strong mindfulness of the pitfalls of early adoption
