Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding technical support to Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the company’s products and services swiftly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues within the CRM system.
  • Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and improve your support skills.
  • Provide insightful feedback to streamline support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Previous experience in technical support or IT is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • A team-oriented approach with a passion for helping others.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
