Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality remote technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI products and services efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.
  • Offer feedback on customer interactions to improve the overall support process and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members as necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Prior experience in technical support or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • A collaborative mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Availability to work remotely while being part of a team based in Greece.
