Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and services efficiently.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
  • Partake in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and improve support skills.
  • Offer suggestions to improve internal processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Prior experience in technical support or IT is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • A collaborative mindset with a desire to help others.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
