As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Senior Manager, Event Marketing to boost awareness, preference, and pipeline for LogicMonitor through our corporate and field events and the annual User Conference, LM Elevate. Your daily responsibilities will center around being an expert in event marketing and execution. You should be an exceptionally organized event project manager, hands-on, data-driven, and able to collaborate effectively across the marketing organization and the company. Ideally, you have experience managing B2B events that drive pipeline, customer retention, and expansion.
Here's a Closer Look At This Key Role
- Support the execution of diverse event programs, including user conferences, roundtables, briefings, executive programs, launches, private dinners, and micro-events.
- Manage all event logistics, including project management, staffing, catering, communication, demand generation, and budget management.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other teams to support content development.
- Promote and advocate for event plans internally and externally to drive awareness.
- Assist sales teams with follow-up tasks, including emails, social posts, call scripts, and other support materials.
- Create and distribute pre-event status reports and post-event results.
- Work with demand generation, marketing operations, web, social, email, and PR teams to boost event awareness and attendance.
- Oversee post-event activities, including follow-up plans, lead tracking, and wrap-up reports.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proactive communication and timely completion within budget.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3+ years of event marketing experience (B2B preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, Slack, and MS PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong project and budget management, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a proactive, self-starter attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing, dynamic team in a matrixed environment
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities
- Enjoyment in meeting new people and fostering business relationships
- Creative and resourceful in a fast-paced environment

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.
