Who We’re Looking For:
We are searching for a Help Desk III professional to support one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be based in Wisconsin or willing to relocate within 30 days of the start date. This role requires exceptional troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a highly collaborative environment. Candidates must be available for an initial in-person training period of one to two weeks at the client’s office, after which the role can be fully remote, hybrid, or in-person.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct technical support to end users via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Deliver hands-on technical support for the client's staff, covering tasks such as login issues, remote access, and specific application-related issues.
Develop training materials and deliver both one-on-one and group training sessions for staff.
Document and track issues using IT service management tools to ensure efficient and timely resolution.
Provide technical assistance for the client’s infrastructure, including critical systems.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working with IT Service Management tools (Incidents & Service Requests).
3+ years of experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office Suite.
3+ years of experience with Network Topology and Local Area Networks (LAN).
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy.
Additional Requirements:
Candidate must provide their own equipment that meets specific technical requirements (e.g., dual monitors, Windows or Mac computer, full audio/video conferencing capabilities).
Home internet must support a minimum of 20 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up for remote work.
Candidates must be physically located in the U.S.
Must be available to work during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
