Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of consultants, nurturing their professional growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Champion business development initiatives, promoting our consulting services and cultivating robust client relationships.
• Manage client engagements, oversee proposal generation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Apply your exceptional presentation and writing skills in English to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to developing talent at various experience levels.
• Proven expertise in power systems analysis, particularly in transmission and distribution principles.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD/EMTDC, PowerGEM TARA, or Aspen OneLiner.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in power systems consulting, specifically with utilities, ISOs, transmission organizations, or renewable developers.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for domestic and international engagements is essential.
• Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering and experience with organizations such as NYISO, ISO-NE, PJM, or SPP.
