Job Description
The General Practitioner plays a pivotal role within Proactive Health’s Case Conferencing team, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary group of specialists, allied health professionals, and community services. As a General Practitioner you will lead virtual discussions among healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with complex medical needs. Working
remotely, you will help coordinate communication between specialists, allied health professionals, and community services to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.

Requirements:
- Fellowship
- AHPRA Specialist Registration
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Familiar with DVA patients
- Competent in performing Telehealth Consultations
