Job Overview

Join our esteemed Admissions team as a Regional Admissions Recruiter, where you will play a pivotal role in attracting prospective students and guiding them through the acceptance process. This position focuses on crafting and implementing innovative recruitment strategies for your designated geographic area, encompassing recruitment travel, inquiry generation, application processing, and relationship building with key influencers in the college selection journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an extensive travel itinerary within your designated territory, including both in-state and out-of-state travel for student recruitment efforts.
  • Coordinate and participate in visits to high schools, career centers, college fairs, transfer fairs, and other recruitment events, including handling all related correspondence.
  • Develop data-driven recruitment strategies tailored for your territory, evaluate their effectiveness, and propose enhancements.
  • Plan and execute specialized initiatives such as regional information sessions and campus tours.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with secondary school counselors, community organizations, and other influential parties in the college search process.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations to prospective students and their families.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data to track progress towards enrollment objectives, while also developing and managing a budget for recruitment activities.
  • Provide comprehensive support to prospective students and their families through various communication channels, assisting them with the application process and inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with campus offices to ensure prospective students receive essential information and support.
