Our proposal

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join our clientยดs global team! As a key player, you'll support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and manage relationships with new, emerging, and small clients.

Your expertise will be crucial in driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to craft and implement sales strategies, prepare engaging client presentations and develop compelling proposals.
  • Take charge of relationships with new, emerging, and small clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive exceptional service.
  • Lead the charge in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Contribute to creating sales strategies that align with our company goals.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and industry trends to support sales initiatives and discover new growth opportunities.
  • Ensure the CRM system maintains accurate client information and sales activities, keeping data reliable and actionable.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Work closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience and surpass client expectations.
  • Offer guidance and support to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Must Have Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the marketing or analytics industry.
  • Advanced proficiency with English in a business setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
