Sr. Digital Project Manager, Marketo (Remote)

Compensation Range: $50 - 63 per hour

Cella is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to join the in-house studio at our pharmaceutical client in New Jersey. This person will work closely with the client, creative and account teams to help manage digital projects including websites, emails (Marketo), banner ads and apps.

The role is 100% remote, but EST working hours are required. This is an hourly contract opportunity through December 2025, 30-40 hours per week but hours will depend on the workstream into the studio.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare or review project documentation (e.g., functional requirements) to ensure accurate digital submissions.
• Facilitate timely and clear communication across teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Assist in tracking project billing, ensuring it is completed on schedule.
• Maintain daily time tracking for projects.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of digital project management experience.
• Experience working in a client-facing role.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with HTML.
• Experience with Marketo and building email strategy and templates.
• Experience with project management tools such as Wrike or similar software.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High-energy, organized individual comfortable in a high-visibility role.
• Expertise in managing various types of digital projects.
• Knowledge of corporate branding guidelines, promotional material development, material review processes, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
• Deep understanding of agency workflow, from project initiation and collaboration to production and archiving.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage workloads efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in HTML and a passion for bringing new ideas to the team.
