Job Title: Billing Specialist

Job Description

Managing and overseeing the billing process for medical services provided by the ambulance services. This role ensures that all claims are processed accurately and timely, and that payments are collected efficiently. Prepare and submit accurate medical claims to insurance companies and patients. Review and verify patient billing information for accuracy and completeness. Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve any discrepancies. Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billing issues. Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts.

Hard Skills

  • Ambulance billing experience would be a plus

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

8a-4:30p CST. This position is 100% remote and Our Client will provide them with the equipment they need. They are required to supply their own internet connection and have a designated space in their home in a non-high traffic area to set up their work station.
