Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. This is not a lead generation role; this is a true business development position focused on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a call center, SMB, or Enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outreach and prospecting activities.
Conduct thorough research on potential clients and markets to develop targeted sales strategies.
Engage with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and opportunities.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Keep detailed records of sales activities and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in relation to call center outsourcing services, SMB SaaS, or an enterprise sales environment.
Experience selling and sourcing deals in the US or global market.
Proven track record of success in business development, sourcing new leads, and setting meetings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine rapport.
Strong analytical and research skills to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Airtable, Hubspot, and Zoominfo.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Written, typed, grammatically correct English is a must. You will not be cold calling, you will be writing and thinking of deep strategic outreach strategies.
