Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Up to $1,500 per month, based on experience and skills

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Locations: Remote, open to candidates in the Philippines

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Executive Assistant to support our executive team and manage both administrative tasks and strategic projects. You'll handle scheduling, communications, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our fast-growing tech company. This role offers direct exposure to leadership and opportunities to contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative and Executive Support:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Organize company off-sites, team-building activities, and events.
  • Handle expense reports, budgeting, and financial reconciliations.

Project and Communication Management:

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely completion aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage email correspondence and inquiries, and draft internal and external communications.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and stakeholders, including customers and partners.

Data and Content Management:

  • Conduct KPI analysis, market research, and provide data reporting to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and articles for both internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain social media profiles and assist in content creation for executive communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with content creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct data analysis and interpret insights.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup is preferred.
