Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical assistance to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and address complex technical concerns.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
  • Provide insightful feedback to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Prior experience in technical support or IT is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
