Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to offer accurate information to clients.
Document all customer interactions clearly in the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training and development activities to hone your skills.
Share feedback and suggestions for process improvements to further enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must.
Exceptional communication skills combined with a strong dedication to customer service.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Comfortable using CRM systems and customer support technology.
