Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical assistance to Slovenian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering teams to escalate and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of products and improve customer support skills.
  • Offer insights and feedback on ways to improve support processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as required.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Previous experience in technical support or IT is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and processes.
  • Team-oriented approach with a genuine commitment to helping others.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
