In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Dutch-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Your strong communication skills and commitment to helping others will be essential to your success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
  • Provide detailed information on products and services, including assisting with order placements
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure follow-up actions are taken
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Stay informed about company products and policies to assist customers accurately

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality service
  • Familiarity with computer systems and customer service software
