Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Support Specialist to support our internal systems and external customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing software systems such as Magento, ClickUp, Zapier, and Microsoft 365. This role involves troubleshooting issues, providing technical support to the team, and ensuring smooth operations across our digital tools. This position requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to resolve complex problems independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for software systems such as Magento, ClickUp, Zapier, and Microsoft 365.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for both internal teams and customers.
  • Manage integrations between various tools and systems, ensuring seamless workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges and improve system efficiency.
  • Maintain and update software systems as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document troubleshooting processes and create guides for common technical issues.
  • Support team members by providing training on new tools or system updates.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in tech support or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Magento, ClickUp, Zapier, and Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal and external teams.
  • Experience managing integrations between software tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in the textile or e-commerce industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
  • Strong project management skills to manage and implement technical changes.
