BiLLWERK+ is looking for a dynamic Partner Account Manager who wants to work in a high growth international environment with a world class team.

BiLLWERK+ is a fast-growing company, doubling year on year but our ambitions don’t stop there. Having proven our ability to attract and retain customers we are now at the exciting phase of scaling up all aspects of the company as we look to expand into new product lines and enter new markets. We are looking for the next Partner Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding sales organization. This role will lead and grow our partner ecosystem from technical partners, payment partners, Salesforce community and System Integrations. 


As our Partner Account Manager, you will:

  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, approach, and successfully onboard new partners, ensuring they understand the value and technical aspects of Billwerk+ products.
  • Revenue & Lead Generation: Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives and business development activities to drive lead generation and revenue.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with partners to drive mutual growth.
  • Business Strategy Alignment: Work with partners to align their goals with Billwerk+’s strategies, ensuring smooth business synergy.
  • Program Management: Administer partner programs, including marketing, training, and certifications, to ensure partners are equipped for success.
  • Support & Problem Solving: Provide partners with ongoing technical and operational support, addressing concerns to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Tracking & Reviews: Regularly conduct business reviews, track partner performance, and provide revenue forecasts to ensure consistent progress and alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure partner needs are met and integrated with Billwerk+ offerings.
  • Partner Enablement: Provide training and resources to partners, helping them meet competency and performance goals, ultimately enhancing their success.
  • Incentives & Rewards: Design and oversee partner reward and incentive programs that foster engagement and loyalty.
