Job Description

We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager who will focus in finding new companies interested in a collaboration to work with Enpal in Germany.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to interested companies to explain and present the details of the partnership, gathering important information, promoting our program, matching the requirements, collecting contract details and support companies during the whole process. 

Responsabilities

  • Contact interested companies and gather the necessary information about their experience. 
  • Reach out mainly to daily warm leads. When needed also approaching cold leads.
  • Evaluate and select partners who meet the requirements of our program. 
  • Present the program to selected companies.  
  • Being in contact with the partner during the whole process and ensure a smooth onboarding.  
  • Collect all relevant information to send the contract to interested Partners.

Qualifications
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment and/or sales activities.
  • Clear communication and ability to engage with different kind of stakeholders.
  • Used to handle presentations via video-call.
  • Hands-on attitude and not afraid of cold calling if needed. 
  • Experience working with KPI and result oriented. 
  • Proactive and team work attitude. 
  • Good organizational skills. 
  • Business English and fluent Hungarian and Slovakian is required.
