Your role as a Head of Fraud Prevention

As the Head of Fraud Prevention, your daily operations will be both challenging and rewarding. You will oversee the development and implementation of robust fraud detection systems, ensuring they remain effective against evolving threats. You'll lead investigations into suspicious activities, develop risk assessments, and refine prevention protocols. Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding your team, fostering a culture of performance and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology (security) or Cybersecurity, business administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of HCM industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proven track record in leading fraud investigation
  • Ability to communicate complex issues to non-technical stakeholders within all levels of the business
