We are looking for an experienced Consultant who has a deep understanding of Oracle Health Clinical Inventory Management (Supply Chain) solutions, best practices and business processes. You will operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement as well as perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle Health Clinical Inventory Management products and technology to meet customer needs. This role will allow you to apply Oracle Health methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
As a Principal Consultant, you will consult with clients on comprehensive Clinical Inventory Management workflows and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts. You will identify, resolve and report Clinical Inventory Management status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership. You will lead on site and virtual events to coach clients on Clinical Inventory Management data collection, system design requirements to determine optimal solution build and implementation for Clinical Inventory Management. You will also consult with internal project and organizational teams to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests. As a key member of the Clinical Inventory Management deployment team, you will maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives. You will coach and mentor associate consultants to learn Clinical Inventory Management and support internal team initiatives.

Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
- At least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical Inventory Management Solution Design, including
- Configuration experience with MMDBTools, MM Pricing Tool, Upload Manager, Purchase Order, Receiving, Invoice Matching, Requisition, Distribution Manager, Item Location Build, and other solution tools.

- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

US: Hiring Range: from $71,200 - $158,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
