La tua nuova azienda


Il nostro cliente è uno spin-off italiano di una importante realtà svizzera, leader nella progettazione e nello sviluppo di software in ambito Viaggi e Turismo.

L'azienda opera a livello internazionale, collaborando principalmente con gli Stati Uniti.


Il tuo nuovo ruolo


Per il potenziamento dell’organico siamo alla ricerca di un Team Leader con solide competenze di sviluppo software su framework .NET.

La figura riporterà direttamente al CEO e si occuperà di gestire un team di 3 persone dalla diversa senority.

Il/La candidato/a ricoprirà un ruolo sia gestionale/strategico che all’occorrenza operativo.


Dal punto di vista tecnico la persona dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti attività:


  • Progettare e sviluppare applicazioni web su stack tecnologico .NET e Angular, con particolare attenzione alla realizzazione di applicazioni robuste e scalabili.
  • Progettare e sviluppare API RESTful utilizzando .NET, assicurando la compatibilità con i sistemi di terze parti.
  • Progettare e sviluppare componenti web front-end utilizzando Angular, garantendo la massima usabilità e compatibilità cross-browser.
  • Implementare le migliori pratiche di sviluppo del codice, inclusi i test automatici, al fine di garantire la massima affidabilità e stabilità del software sviluppato.
  • Collaborare con altri membri del team per integrare i servizi e le componenti nell'architettura complessiva dell'applicazione, lavorando in modo efficace e collaborativo.


Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo


  • Esperienza nella progettazione e sviluppo di applicazioni web su stack tecnologico .NET e Angular, dimostrando una buona conoscenza dei principi fondamentali di sviluppo di applicazioni web.
  • Conoscenza approfondita di HTML, CSS e JavaScript, Scss, nonché delle relative librerie e framework (Angular in primis).
  • Trasposizione di mockup grafici in markup html e css con precisione
  • Preferibile provenienza ed esperienza pregressa nel settore del Travel Tech
  • Passione e predisposizione alla formazione personale e al miglioramento continuo.
  • Eccellenti capacità di risoluzione dei problemi e di analisi, dimostrando la capacità di identificare ed affrontare le problematiche di sviluppo in modo tempestivo ed efficace, ed autonomo.
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e di comunicare efficacemente, dimostrando una buona capacità di relazione interpersonale e di collaborazione.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese: parlato e scritto.
