Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Care Agent for an international Consumer Goods Manufacturer in a hybrid work setting in Greece!

In this role, you will leverage your language skills and customer service expertise to support our clients in providing exceptional service. As a German Speaking Customer Care Agent, your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries through various channels while ensuring satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing outstanding support.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for service improvement.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and assist in onboarding new team members.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge over Technical Troubleshooting is advantageous.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferable.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, managing time effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
