About the Position:
We're looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in building and improving the foundation for our data-driven decision making.

The Impact You Will Make:

Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to understand data needs and design scalable data architectures.
Develop, implement, and maintain data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into our data warehouse or lake.
Champion data quality by implementing data validation, cleansing, and monitoring processes.
Design and build reusable data models and structures to support efficient data analysis and reporting.
Automate data workflows and processes to ensure efficient and reliable data delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to document data pipelines, data models, and data governance best practices.
Stay up-to-date on the latest data engineering tools and technologies (e.g., Cloud Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Data Pipelines tools) and contribute to improving our data infrastructure.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a data engineering role or similar technical background.
Strong experience with SQL and data modeling principles.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with data pipeline tools (e.g., DBT) is a plus.
Experience with data quality tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive and results-oriented work style, with a passion for building high-quality, scalable solutions.
